Having climbed the hill on the last,
this long par 4 with its wide fairway sloping gently downhill is a very
inviting tee shot.
A straight
tee shot will be rewarded with the ball running a considerable distance
down the fairway, making this hole seem much shorter than the last. (It
is in-fact marginally longer from the medal tee)
 |
The green is guarded by a bunker front
left, and the natural approach would appear to be a slight draw into the
right side of the green. (easier said than done)
It is however still a long hole and
holding your ball on the green from a long iron or fairway wood is of
course not easy. Miss left or long, and your ball will find trouble in
the trees. |

Once on the putting
surface, it is fairly flat and your ball tends to run true towards the
hole. |
