A short par 4, but with a severe dog
leg to the right, and no sight of the green from the tee, this hole must
be played carefully. |
From the
tee, the temptation may be to aim to the right and play over the trees,
giving a short approach shot, however trouble awaits all but the best of
shots in this direction. Leave it short and you are in heavy rough and
still unsighted to the green. Too long and you will run over the
fairway, again into the thick stuff.
|
Too long off the tee can also find you
running out of fairway, or in the bunker.
A well hit tee shot will leave a short
iron up onto the elevated green. The green itself also has a nasty
slope, and putting from above the hole can be very tricky.

All-in-all, much harder than the yardage, and the way
it looks from the tee suggest. |
