Pictured right is Alastair Forsyth, European Tour Player, who officially opened the new course on 24th August 2003 by teeing-off and playing the course with a number of the members, giving them an experience never to be forgotten. Alastair originally hails from nearby Ralston Golf Club.
The new course encompasses 10 of the original holes, all of which have been modified and upgraded to harmonise with the exciting new holes. New tees have been constructed and greens are now all to USGA standard - a modern, challenging course that is a fitting tribute to the proud Eastwood name.
